Cancellation policy
The cancellation and refund policy follows the specific cancellation policy of each golf course, as detailed in the table below.
Each golf course has its own regulations regarding the allowed cancellation time. If a customer requests a cancellation within the time period permitted by the golf course, we will process the refund within 01 working day from the time we receive a valid cancellation request from the customer.
