Booking Process

Due to the nature of tee times being continuously updated from partner golf courses, the time slot selected by customers may change before the official confirmation.

The booking process at WinGolf includes:

Step 1: Customers submit a booking request on the WinGolf website.

Step 2: Staff receive the information and contact the customer to confirm the tee time availability.

Step 3: Sales staff proceed to hold the slot and enter the information into the system.

Step 4: Customers receive a booking code and detailed booking information.

Step 5: Customers complete the payment according to the provided instructions.

Note: The booking is only officially confirmed once the customer completes the payment as required.

Payment Methods

1. Cash / Bank Transfer

Customers can choose this method in the payment section when booking a tee time on the WinGolf platform. Customers may:

• Pay directly at the WinGolf office.

• Or transfer the payment to WinGolf’s bank account according to the information provided in the booking confirmation.

2. Credit / Debit Card Payment (via VNPAY gateway)

Customers select online payment on the website. After confirmation, the system will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway to complete the transaction.

• Customers follow the instructions provided by VNPAY.

• Transaction fees (if any) required by the payment gateway will be borne by the customer.

3. Important Notes

• Tee times are only guaranteed after WinGolf confirms and receives full payment.

• If the selected time slot is unavailable, WinGolf will proactively suggest a suitable alternative time.

• All transaction information is protected in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
